The Royal Caribbean’s Oasis of the Seas sets sail from her home port of Fort Lauderdale in December 2009 for a series of cruises through the Caribbean islands.
This innovative cruise liner will be the first to offer seven different neighborhoods for the passengers to relax and enjoy – The Boardwalk, Royal Promenade and Central Park to name a few. The four other neighborhoods are yet to be unveiled.
So if you are into cruising then this could be a cruise of a lifetime. Be one of the passengers on one of the first cruises through the Caribbean on the Oasis of the Seas.

The Boardwalk

The Boardwalk is styled after the piers around the world. It is a fun family environment with activities for all ages to enjoy. And there are some first ever things to do at sea on the Boardwalk – ride the first carousel or zip-line cable used at sea. The original handcrafted carousel is a feature of this bustling neighborhood.
Watch water shows in the AquaTheater. This is a unique experience. By day, you swim in its swimming pool and lounge on the sun lounges on he tiered decks. At night, the AquaTheater comes alive with all sorts of surprises to keep the guests transfixed. Try climbing one of the rock walls high above the boardwalk for an exhilarating experience.
There is shopping galore in the shops and dining in the casual restaurants and bars lining the Boardwalk.
There is unique accommodation – suites with views over the AquaTheater and staterooms with balcony views over the action of the Boardwalk. There are 28 double storey suites with windows from the ceiling to the floor.
